Provide guidance through the project's life cycle and protect the Owners' interest at all times.

Coordinate  and effectively communicate with all team members through the entire projects cycle from concept to submittal, design, pre-construction, proposal stage, construction to completion. 

 

Air Rights and FAR Consulting

Assist developers for the maximum amount of additional air rights for their property

Will assist  in the transfer of air rights to ensure new developments utilize unused air rights for the betterment of the development and neighborhood

Will assist to attain the necessary FAR maximum number of square feet that can be built for the development

 

 

Conception to Completion Development

Mark Moran Solutions LLC , with final approval by the Owner, will assemble the necessary team and provide clear and concise understanding of all roles and responsibilities, coordinate all project team meetings and communication:

Services Include:

Perform reference checks

Perform market analysis with demographic analysis

Serve as the single point of contact for regulatory submissions with legal and design

Represent the Owner at key meetings 

Monitor the project budget and schedule 

Monitor the design development process to ensure the project scope is achieved

Resolve all issues and reduce project disputes by anticipating  problems to maintain budget and schedule 

Be "On Call" for all issues during all phases to the Owner and all Team Members

Assist in all phases including tenant interior build outs

Assist with all City Departments on various issues including the City review and approval process
