The International Market is expanding rapidly and the challenge is to know the key elements of that country's key decision makers, policies, customs and regulations.  One of the most effective ways to enter a new market is via the Sports world.  The activity in China, London, Brazil, Qatar and South Korea have huge construction projects in process and in the planning stages.

Mark Moran Solutions LLC has a series of B2B introductions to the key decision makers in each of these countries planned in New York City.

The reception was for a delegation from the Ukraine in association with the USTDA (Unites States Trade and Development Agency) and Koeppen Elliott & Associates LTD to meet companies in the US for some business opportunities. The delegation consisted of 12 Ukrainian officials led by their Minister of Emergencies.

The European Football Championship matches will be held in Ukraine in June 2012 (EURO 2012) in four cities across the Ukraine and Poland. The Government of Ukraine will invest more than $100 million in emergency management and event security, with more than $67 million for airport security by 2012.

Currently Ukraine’s emergency management and airport and event security are not at an international standard. In particular, Ukraine does not have a national emergency telephone call response system; emergency management centers are underequipped; and airports and sports stadiums are not prepared for the greater security needs that will be present when Ukraine hosts the European Soccer championships, together with Poland in June, 2012 (EURO–2012).

The purpose was to connect the Ukraine delegation with companies that have been engaged in the areas of emergency management and communications, event security and airport security.
